Romans Nine Twenty is a Christian teaching ministry based in Cornwall, Ontario, Canada. This page explains, in plain language, what information this website collects, why, and what I do with it.

What I collect

I only collect information you choose to give me.

Email sign-up: your name and email address, if you sign up for updates about the memoir or the ministry.

Contact form: your name, email address, and whatever you write in your message.

Gifts: if you give through PayPal or Interac e-Transfer, the payment is handled by PayPal or your bank, not by this website. I see your name, email, and the amount, but never your card or banking details.

Like most websites, this site's host (Squarespace) also collects basic, anonymous visit information, such as which pages are viewed and what kind of device is used, using small files called cookies. This helps me understand how the site is used. It does not tell me who you are.

How I use it

To send you the updates you signed up for, to reply to your messages, and to thank you for a gift and keep basic records. That's it. I will never sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.

Who else handles it

Your information is stored by the trusted services that run this website and its tools: Squarespace (website and email list), PayPal (online gifts), and YouTube (the videos shown on this site). Each has its own privacy policy. Some of these services may store information outside Canada.

Your choices

Every email I send has an "unsubscribe" link. One click and you're off the list. You can also ask me to show you, correct, or delete the information I have about you at any time.

Questions

If you have any questions about your privacy, email me at theromansninetwentychannel@gmail.com.
